We have an exciting opportunity working within our Service Development Team within Housing, Care & Support, and require a Quality & Compliance Manager who will work within our CQC Registered services including our Senior Living services to ensure they are delivering high quality care and meeting all regulatory requirements throughout London and the South East.

You will support our Head of CQC Compliance in implementing systems for monitoring and reviewing activity within our Registered Care schemes, analysing and reporting on performance information and providing advice and support to Registered Managers.

We currently have a range of CQC registered services including Senior Living schemes delivered under our Season brand, and care homes for adults with mental health needs. In 2017 we launched two private nursing homes delivered under our Baycroft brand and have an ambitious program for further development with additional Season senior living services and private nursing home developments to be delivered during 2019/20.

You will ensure our CQC Registered services are high quality, and make sure we identify and implement improvements so that One Housing continues to deliver innovative and value for money services.  Our aim is for all services to be rated as Outstanding with the CQC and this role is being developed to ensure that we achieve this target.

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have the experience of working within adult social care sector as well as working with CQC.  You will also meet the following criteria:

  • The ability to produce written documents to a high standard and to communicate information to a range of audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the sector and challenges it faces.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge and track record working with CQC registered service provision across varying customer groups and service models.
  • Previous experience of quality management and service improvement activities within health and social care.
  • A proven track record of successful quality assurance and performance monitoring.
  • Able to identify, and get support for, service improvement measures with excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information and communicate it clearly.
