Are you an experienced and ambitious Support Assistant who has a sound knowledge and understanding of issues affecting individuals relevant to the customer group?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Assistant to join our Hackney Floating Support Service on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2019 at 0.8 FTE(30 hours per week only).
In this role you will work as part of a team working with individuals and their families to maintain accommodation and avoid eviction and improve long-term positive outcomes, which is at the heart of our service. The service aims to support independent living whilst promoting health, wellbeing and social inclusion which are fundamental aspects to improving the quality of life of our customers.
About the role
Reporting to an allocated Team Manager you will be responsible for managing between up to 16 customer case loads.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
One Housing helps people to live better by providing high quality homes and care across London and the South East. We manage approximately 16,000 homes and have plans to build 3,500 more by 2020. We also care for over 11,000 people to help them live independently.
