We are looking for a dedicated and highly capable Resident Liaison Officer to join our Refurbishment Project Team on a fixed-term basis for 1 year.

The primary purpose of this role is to build customer confidence during refurbishment works. Ensuring resident liaison and customer care are of the highest level.

We are looking for an individual that can take ownership, leading and working as part of a team to surpass the targets set for them.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective resident consultation and communication is carried out, particularly in relation to refurbishment project.
  • Ensure regular interaction is maintained with tenants/visitors during project.
  • Make appointments with tenants when required.
  • Identify customer needs (work shifts, school runs, health issues)
  • Ensure all aspects of works are explained to tenants.
  • Attend regular site meetings; engage with Project manager/site supervisor on a regular basis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and facilitate the collection and recording of said satisfaction data

We're looking for applicants with:

  • Good standard of education.
  • Good level of competence in customer care in the building/maintenance industry.
  • Good level of IT skills and literacy
  • Previous work experience in the housing sector
  • Track record of developing and maintaining good working relationships with staff and customers
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
