|Job Advert Description||
We have an exciting business support opportunity in our Housing Care and Support division. This position is central to the coordination, planning and promotion our workforce training programme, and will play a key role in managing the division’s business systems.
The post holder will work as part of our Service Development Team, supporting the delivery of high quality care and support services, new business opportunities are identified and appropriately managed and a high standard of business support is delivered.
Due to the nature of contact with staff and stakeholders this role has a high profile and requires the development of effective professional relationships.
This post is the central point within Housing Care and Support for the coordination and administration of training, and as such plays a key role in the evaluation of delivery methods and providers, ensuring that our workforce training programme is well-run and value for money.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
To be an effective Business Support Officer, you will have the following: -
