We opened our doors just over one year ago and are excited to be expanding our team.   We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to come on board and be part of our beautiful flagship service – a 75 bed luxury home offering the highest levels of support to its residents through personalised residential, nursing and dementia care.

Our new home, one of many to come, has been launched with the aim of developing a service attuned to the individual needs of each resident, and a place where they are proud to call home. We also recognise that in order to deliver a high-quality service for our residents, we must create a supportive and happy environment for our staff.

The Role

As a Weekend Dining Room Host within our facilities, your role will be to warmly welcome residents into the restaurant area and ensure they are attended to in a timely and professional manner. As one of the key Front of House staff, you should have a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.

As this is a weekend role, the shifts will be 6 hours long between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Friday to Sunday.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to comfortably work as part of a team.
  • Have a key eye for detail.
  • As our residents are at the core of what we do, you should have excellent communication skills in order to provide the best possible service to our customers.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant/cafe environment would be helpful.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the dining facilities are clean and presentable at all times
  • To ensure the smooth running of all meal times
  • To assist in seating residents, and supporting with any requests
  • Maintain a friendly and proactive approach
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned.
