We have an exciting new role for a Management Accountant with Service Charge experience to join our team of six other Management Accountants supporting different parts of the Business, all reporting to the Head of Management Accounts. The Management Accounting Team produce the monthly management accounts for all associated numerical outputs and schedules needed by the Finance Business Partner Team.
You will be working to support the operational Service Charge Team to establish a reconciliation process between Blue Box (service charge software) and Sun financials. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to operational staff on all aspects of service charges and support the Housing Services Finance Business Partner, in the delivery of the Service Charge Accounts.

You must be a Part or Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) and it is essential that you have previous experience of working as a Service Charge Management Accountant collaboratively across teams.
You should have recent experience of budgeting, forecasting and critically analysing outputs.
Knowledge and experience of Sun Accounting and Blue Box software and experience working for a medium/large sized Housing Association is desirable.
You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
