We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Financial Systems Manager to join our Finance Department working in Head Office in Camden.
The Finance Department processes transactions and reports on all activity for One Housing Group Limited and all subsidiaries. Working closely with our Finance Business Partner Team and our Management Accounting Team you will own, manage and add value to the financial systems that we use to support our finance department. You will play a key role in supporting One Future, our strategy to modernise One Housing, and work as a central point of contact for suppliers, the IT team and the Finance team.
You will be expected to report to budget holders using a mixture of standard and bespoke reports. Reports produced will support corporate analysis and will be used by the Executive Team, Group Board and other committees, as well as external stakeholders.
You will be technically minded and confident with various financial systems.

You must have experience of working as a Financial Systems Manager, preferably within a medium/large housing association. Experience of the following systems is essential:
Part/Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) is advantageous as is PRINCE 2 qualification.
You should have recent experience of financial reporting and critically analysing outputs, along with extensive financial systems experience.
You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
