We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner join our Finance Department working in our Head Office in Camden for 18 months. Working as part of a small team you will report to the Head of Finance Business Partnering.
You will provide Finance Business Partner support to One Direct, our internal maintenance service company and a wholly owned subsidiary of One Housing.
As an experienced and professional Finance Business Partner you will be expected to forge solid working relationships with senior management and develop a business partnership service across the One Direct business. You will have strong leadership and motivational skills to work across Finance and provide first class customer service and support.
You will be forward-thinking and excellent and building relationships across the group. It is important that you have an in-depth understanding of the business and work closely with other departments to then use financial analysis to facilitate change.
Working with the business you will provide targeted, strategic insights based on analysis of operational performance, develop best practice for robust budgeting and forecasting and be a critical link between One Direct and the wider business.

You are a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) and should have experience of working as a Financial Business Partner, within a medium/large housing association. Experience of maintenance is desirable.
You should have recent experience of budgeting, forecasting and critically analysing outputs.
You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and have a ‘can do’ attitude as well as experience of delivering change.
