We have an exciting opportunity working within our CQC Compliance Team within Housing, Care & Support, and require a clinical expert to support nursing staff working within our schemes to ensure they are delivering high quality nursing care and meeting all regulatory requirements throughout London and the South East.
You will support our Head of CQC Compliance in implementing systems for monitoring and reviewing activity within our Registered Care schemes, analysing and reporting on performance information and provided advice and support to Registered Managers.
We currently have a range of CQC registered services including Senior Living schemes delivered under our Season brand, and care homes for adults with mental health needs. In 2017 we launched two private nursing homes delivered under our Baycroft brand and have an ambitious program for further development with additional Season senior living services and private nursing home developments to be delivered during 2019/20.
You will ensure our CQC Registered services are high quality, and make sure we identify and implement improvements so that One Housing continues to deliver innovative and value for money services. Our aim is for all services to be rated as Outstanding with the CQC and this role is being developed to ensure that we achieve this target.
To be successful in this role you will have the experience of working as a registered nurse as well as working with CQC and the adult social care sector. You will also meet the following criteria:
