We are seeking an experienced After Sales Co-Ordinator to provide excellent customer service to our customers and contractors.
Based in our After Sales team providing excellent customer service to our customers who have either rented or bought their property. You will be responsible for ensuring the aftercare service targets are met. You will ensure that our customers and contractors are fully satisfied with the service provided to them in a professional manner.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
You will be a positive and forward thinking individual with strong customer service skills and a proven track record. You will be solution focused and IT literate, have the ability to liaise with various client groups and able to prioritise and organise your work.
You will have substantial experience of working in a customer services environment, ideally with sound knowledge of construction defects, as well as a good business improvement process to achieve customer satisfaction.
