We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Support Officer to join our Floating Support service in Haringey in a community based role.
About the role
As a Support Officer you will manage cases that require supporting vulnerable people to maintain their tenancies and independence.
You will have experience of working with vulnerable adults in a paid or voluntary capacity and a good understanding of housing and benefits legislation with the ability to develop excellent partnerships.

The position is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will receive a mobile phone, laptop and Microguard as this role will be working alone.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working with community-based work. It is important that you also have experience of recognising and responding to safeguarding issues, abuse and discrimination. You should be a team player who is able to work autonomously and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience of lone working, floating support and case management is essential.
