Job Advert Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an established PA to join our Head Office in Camden.  This role is to provide and efficient and professional support to Group Directors within the Executive Team and senior management.

The PA will work in conjunction with other colleagues and departments to provide a well-informed point of contact, providing information and help as requested.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage diary commitments and organise internal and external meetings as required.
  • Prepare reports, draft letters and other documents as directed, including Executive Team and Group Board reports and presentation material.
  • Manage staff contact with the Group Director, including the management of telephone enquiries, dealing with these or forwarding to the relevant person as appropriate.
  • Attend and administer resident & other meetings as required (out of hours if necessary), distributing minutes and other relevant information.
  • Take accurate minutes for SMT or other high-level meetings as directed.
  • Ensure deadlines are adhered to as set by the Group Director.
  • Manage the email account for the Group Director, highlighting critical and urgent emails.
  • Manage the post, where appropriate forwarding to the correct recipient to respond.
  • Organise meetings, tours and functions including the selection of venues, catering, transport and other arrangements.
  • Process the Group Director’s expenses, forwarding to Finance for payment.
  • Provide support to the Group Director to prepare for speaking engagements and attending conferences.
  • Establish and maintain effective filing and archive systems.
  • Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required both by the Group Director or other members of the Executive Team.

About You

It is essential that you have extensive PA experience, working across a PA team, within a corporate environment, ideally within the housing sector.  You should be able to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

You will be highly organised and excellent at prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.  You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and confident at working as part of a team.
