Are you highly motivated, resident orientated and an excellent communicator?  If so then we want to hear from you.

We currently have a vacancy within the project coordination team at One Housing. We are seeking proactive and ambitious individuals to assist the team in carrying out consultation and resident engagement work related to the potential regeneration of our stock. The role would be on a 12 month fixed term basis with the possibility of renewal or a permanent role dependant on the project workload. The successful applicant would be working alongside one of our experienced project coordinators on a high profile project.

The role

Our Project Coordinators are responsible for the resident consultation, communication, negotiation and liaison that is required to enable our refurbishment and regeneration projects to progress to completion. They are also responsible for the decanting of residents affected by such projects or for residents experiencing an emergency.

The role can range from the relatively simple, such as arranging with a resident to have their property surveyed, to the incredibly complex, such as consulting and supporting residents whose homes are undergoing long term and major regeneration.

About Us

We build and sell new homes on the open market or rent them out commercially to raise money for more affordable homes and for services for our customers. In the last three years we have delivered more than 1,500 new affordable homes to help meet the housing shortage. We offer a wide range of housing options including homes for affordable rent, shared ownership, private rent and private sale.

We work hard to make a positive difference to our residents’ lives by promoting aspiration, independence and well-being through a range of training and support services.

One Housing values the diversity of our workforce and we welcome job applications from all parts of the communities which we serve.

To join us you will need
