We have an exciting new opportunity within our internal maintenance company in a pivotal role in the effective delivery of refurbishment projects to One Housing Group. The position is a 2 year fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in dealing with operational teams and programmed delivery. The role requires an individual that can plan and manage significant, multi-disciplinary upgrade programmes on multiple site encompassing health and safety, customer service, operational, and commercial targets.

You will have a solid foundation and experience of housing maintenance gained within the housing sector. You are confident in project managing planned works from inception to completion, and have a good understanding of legislation surrounding maintenance and property management. It is essential that you are degree qualified in a construction related subject with significant proven experience of site refurbishment works including, but not limited to; contract management, resident liaison, security, waste management and CDM.
Previous experience of dealing with commercial property, residential leaseholders and shared owners would be desirable, as is Managing Safely qualification from IOSH.
