We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer with previous experience of working within a busy housing association to join our team.

We are the internal maintenance service company, we manage and carry out repairs and maintenance. One Housing Group owns over 15,000 properties across London, the South East and Home Counties.
The position of Resident Liaison Officer is responsible for liaising with residents whose properties have been identified as requiring planned maintenance work. The role ensures that residents are kept informed and involved in the planned maintenance process and that their needs are taken into account, enabling the process to be delivered to agreed time and quality standards.

This role is based in Suttons Wharf South, but requires weekly travel throughout London.
You will currently be working within a housing association or have previous experience in this sector, ideally with experience of planned works. You will have sound knowledge of Fire Risk Assessment procedures and have excellent, demonstrable communication and customer service skills. You will be passionate about helping people.
