Care Assistant Opportunities – London, Essex and Oxfordshire
Are you caring and compassionate and looking to make a difference to people’s lives? Then you should join our team at SEASON - One Housing Group’s specialist senior living provider!
We are recruiting for our extra care services across London, Essex and Oxfordshire, including our brand new collection of senior living apartments. These high quality apartments allow over-55s with care needs to live independently with the security of care and support when needed.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, flexible, person-centred care to vulnerable adults, treating all individuals with respect and dignity at all times. You will support our residents to achieve the outcomes in their personalised care plan, improving their quality of life and building confidence and skills to enable independent living, whilst playing an active role in their communities.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
Having experience in a care setting is an advantage, but what matters more to us is your kind, caring, compassionate nature and motivation to do a great job. We’ll give you all the training you need, including the ‘Care Certificate’, a CQC and industry wide qualification.
What we can offer you!
