The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experience ASB Coordinator to join our team.

This role is pivotal to the success of our Housing Operations, creating excellent partnerships with stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have a “can do” attitude and be solutions driven with a proven track record of problem solving, have evidence of developing and promoting partnerships alongside forming links with external agencies to combat anti-social behaviour of all types.

You will need to be focussed, have excellent communication skills and a passion for this type of work.

You will have responsibility for delivering an effective Anti Social Behaviour and Tenancy Fraud service across the estates within your region.

Inclusive of receiving reports of ASB, acknowledging them within 24 hours and resolving them within the time frame stipulated by One Housing’s policy and procedure.

You will be required to pro-actively support and advise residents and Housing Services staff in preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour and developing appropriate responses and solutions in conjunction with partner agencies.

About You

You will need to be highly organised, with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied case load, prioritising cases effectively in order to support colleagues and protect vulnerable residents.

Previous experience of case work, ASB, safeguarding and the legal system as well as preparation of court documentation such as injunctions is essential.
