About the role

As Tenancy Fraud Coordinator you will use data and intelligence proactively to identify and investigate tenancy fraud, with a particular emphasis on properties that are being illegally sublet.

You will prepare court and prosecution files and lead on all aspects of property recovery as well as promoting fraud awareness and providing relevant training to housing teams.  Visiting and interviewing tenants will also form a critical part of this role.

About you

With a relevant housing fraud investigator qualification you will have an excellent working knowledge of policies and procedures and experience of working with external partners and agencies.

Pragmatic and calm under pressure you will have first class communication skills and the confidence to work alone in potentially contentious situations.

Experience of designing and producing performance indicators to measure business activities and strong IT skills are also essential.

Due to the nature of this role some evening and weekend work may be required.  Travel throughout London is required for this position
