As an Operations Manager within One Housing, your role is pivotal to the success of front-line affordable rented housing services, creating excellent partnerships with stakeholders, leading and developing knowledgeable customer-focused teams and coordinating estate management, ASB, and tenancy services. Day to day your role will involve driving the business strategy amongst your division and working hard to continuously improve the service offered. You will inspire, motivate and develop a confident, highly skilled team who are focused on creating a responsive tenancy and estate management service – exceeding customer expectations and delivering high levels of satisfaction.
You will be
One Housing helps people to live better by providing high quality homes and care across London and the South East. We manage approximately 16,000 homes and have plans to build 3,500 more by 2020. We also care for over 11,000 people to help them live independently.
